Mr. Mohammad is a graduate of Yarmouk University – Jordan in 2003. He holds the Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (major) and Computer Sciences (minor). He has a demonstrated experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Loyalty Programs Management and Marketing Analytics for more than 14 years in the Retail Pharma, Telecommunications and Banking.

He is an innovative and analytical marketing leader offering proven knowledge and practice in client centric programs and marketing. That includes Customer Loyalty Strategies, Customer Acquisition and Retention, Data Analytics, Segmentation, Personalization, Targeted Communications, and Sales Force Automation. The focus is always on practical approaches and actionable plans that add value and strengthen customer relationships towards business growth and profitability.

Mr. Mohammad worked for Mashreq Bank in Dubai (2005-2006) as Retail Business Analyst. He also was the Business Intelligence Manager at Air Miles ME (2008-2010) in Dubai, UAE. Mr. Mohammad then joined Etisalat Dubai during the period 2011-2015 as Loyalty Analytics Specialist and Intelligence and Planning Manager, SMB Marketing. At present, he is the Department Manager Loyalty and CRM, at Nahdi Medical Company, Saudi Arabia.
