Jamal Alkhatatbeh

Mr. Jamal is a graduate of Law from the Jordan University in 1999. He also has the Master Degree from the same university with focus on Intellectual Property (IP) in 2014.

Mr. alKhatatbeh is one of the founders of Homat alHaq Law Firm in Jordan. This law firm is connected with a number of Arabic and International law firms through cooperation agreements.  His main interests concentrate on human rights issues, intellectual property, and providing legal services for investors and private companies.

He is specialized in intellectual property issues, real estate, and acquisition matters. Mr. Jamal also has deep experience in insurance and claim compensation for the damage and debt collection for individuals and companies. He can provide oral and written legal advice on contracts and agreements in addition to the drafting of laws and regulations and emptied in legislative conscripting.

Currently, Mr. alKhatatbeh is a legal advisor to a number of companies and institutions including alBustami Projects. Moreover, he is best known for writing the political and legal articles published in local, regional and international conferences, electronic and print newspapers.
