Project/Program Description:  A web-based modular solution that helps government entities increase public administration efficiency and performance, resulting in decreased operational costs and better service quality to all beneficiaries. The integrated solution consists of financial and administrative systems alongside intelligent analytical and reporting tools for well-informed  decision-making process.

WaveGRP includes Budget and Expenses Planning System, Document Management and Workflow, In/out Correspondence, Fixed Assets Management, Procurement and Inventory, Personnel and Payroll, Vehicles Management System and effective Communication Server & Messaging Solution (including e-mail & SMS).

Status now: WaveGRP is in operation since 2005. It improves the overall MoICT performance by +70% according to many officers at MoICT. The solution has been also customized, implemented and successfully delivered to other Jordanian Ministries such as Ministry Of Tourism And Antiquities and Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates.
