Project Description: The Royal Hashemite Court (RHC) which is historically known as Al-Maqar (the Headquarter), is the administrative and political link between the King of Jordan and the Jordanian regime which includes constitutional authorities (governmental, legislative and judicial), the Armed Forces and the Security Services. It also acts as the primary body responsible for supervising the relationship between the King and the Jordanian people.

WaveDMS is considered the most comprehensive web-based document management and archiving solution. It consists of the following integrated modules: WaveDiwan (Correspondence System), WaveFlow/ Workflow System, WaveDMS Forms Builder, Archiving, Storage Management, Search, User Management and Administration, Communication Server, Reporting and Printing.

All modules are fully and successfully analyzed, developed, implemented and delivered to the Royal Palaces and its branches: HQ, alHashemiah, alHommar and Aqaba. The solution allows effective communication; facilitates the daily operations; improves performance, and reduces cost and time toward paperless work which is available 24/7. Furthermore, the solution also provides a native document check-in, check-out, version control, and document level security, so it supports unlimited versions of documents.
