Project Description:  The NatHealth electronic health claim processing system is an advanced claims software that was developed and implemented by Ideal Soft (Optimiza now) in cooperation with NatHealth as sister company of Kawar Group. NatHealth is considered as a great contribution to the Health sector at national and regional levels. It makes healthcare management cheaper, quicker and more flexible thanks to the innovative developments made in ICT sector.

NatHealth is the first Third-Party Administrator (TPA) for medical claims in Jordan through its unique web-based platform called e-Claim. The e-Claim’s international standards, alongside the integrated Smart Card technology, ensure effective claims processing and allow for tighter, more secure control of expenses and correct disbursement. Generally, NatHealth provides its Healthcare services to Health Insurance Companies and Companies of different sizes. Individuals can get benefits of NatHealth services by joining one of the insurance companies that work with NatHealth.

Moreover, an active hotline service, with qualified medical staff, is available 24/7 to answer medical inquiries.
