Project Description:  A franchising contract signed by Detaysan, the Turkish manufacturer of Medical Furniture and Appliances since 1960s, and the  International Medical Furniture and Supplies Co. Ltd (IMFS Co.), Saudi Arabia. The target is to develop and manufacture medical and office furniture and appliances in Riyadh, and to export to GCC countries and worldwide. The new brand name is IMFS.

The contract was managed from the concept/idea, business, technical, financial, and legal perspectives. That includes project’s initiation, market research, the feasibility study, the initially proposed contract, the machines and site preparation, budget to-go, the required HR and non-HR resources. It also involves the expected sales and financial statements especially the Income Statement, and the Financial Position. Special attention was given to the estimated direct and in-direct costs alongside the projected ROI of the first three years of operation.
