Status now: The system is in operations since 2013. Mr. Samaha was responsible of the following major tasks:
- Acted as the custodian of SMB CRM database and sales force automation systems.
- Managed the SMB sales team, sales planning, pipeline management, and sales incentives and commissions.
- Managed the SMB data cleaning, validation, segmentation and profiling.
- Managed the SMB reporting and analytics requirements.
- Built business Web and Mobile Applications to empower the SMB sales team.
Mr. Mohammad also acted as Marketing Specialist and Loyalty Analytics on Etisalat Marketing Program, “More Rewards” , during Aug. 2010 – Apr. 2012. He
