Project Description:  Etisalat (Emirates Telecommunications Corporation) SMB Marketing, Dubai UAE.

Working Period:  Apr. 2012 – Sep. 2015

Involved Staff:  Mr. Mohammad Samaha, Intelligence and Planning Manager

Status now:  The system is in operations since 2013. Mr. Samaha was responsible of the following major tasks:

  1.   Acted as the custodian of SMB CRM database and sales force automation systems.
  2.  Managed the SMB sales team, sales planning, pipeline management, and sales incentives and commissions.
  3.  Managed the SMB data cleaning, validation, segmentation and profiling.
  4.  Managed the SMB reporting and analytics requirements.
  5.  Built business Web and Mobile Applications to empower the SMB sales team.

Mr. Mohammad also acted as Marketing Specialist and Loyalty Analytics on Etisalat Marketing Program, “More Rewards” , during Aug. 2010 – Apr. 2012. He

  1.   Managed the loyalty program database cleaning and validation activities as well as member segmentation and profiling
  2.  Managed the loyalty program reporting and analytics to for top management and program partners.
  3.  Managed the loyalty program database marketing activities.
  4.  Managed the loyalty program systems enhancements and implementation as well as partner system integration.
