Project/Program Description:  Operation and management of the central region under the Ministry of Interior’s  (MOI) Automated Traffic Violations Administering and Monitoring Project (ATVAM). This national program is an integrated solution of electronic Traffic Violation Enforcement Systems, Civil  Works, Mobile Communication Systems and other Police Applications. Erada Advanced Projects Ltd. Co was the BOT contractor for MOI/ Traffic Police Department. Hundreds of road intersections in Riyadh, Al-Qasim and Al-Kharj were qualified by all equipment and systems, covered and controlled by ATVAM (Phase-1).

The Integrated Traffic Management Central Control System (Phase-2) involved Command and Control Center (CCC),  CCTV Camers and Video Based Incident Detection (VBID) subsystems that integrate with ATVAM subsystems. Lot of testing requirements or producers (FAT, SFAT, POP, SIT, ISAT…etc.)  have been applied to grantee high quality traffic surveillance and control services.

Status now: This national program is in full operation since 2011. later on, this program was transferred in 2016 from Erada to Technology Control Co. (TCC) according to the original contract, and TPD formal instructions.
