Project/Program Description:  the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) e-Services Portal that primarily simplifies visa’s application and issuing processes for those who want to enter the kingdom for work, visit or to perform Hajj and Omrah rituals. MoFA’s Portal comprises 18 infrastructure projects. These projects involve, for example, VSAT Satellite Internet, Document Management and Workflow Solution, Agents Management, GRP, fully secure e-Payment Gateway and Cash Management System.

Visa e-Services electronically and efficiently connect MoFA with its two branches in Saudi Arabia. More important, around 110 Saudi embassies and missions around the world are fully connected to the center. In general, this integrated solution processes +15m Visa applications annually. The availability of services is 24×7, and not less than 99.3% while the time required to receive the application and process it reduces by 90%.
