Project Description:  Accenture is a global professional services company, providing a broad range of services and solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations. Riyadh Bank Projects/Programs Management Office (RB PMO) was developed and delivered to the bank by cooperation between Accenture and Synergy Solutions Consulting Team. It is based on a customized PRINCE II Solutions Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) and IBM WebSphere Portal.

In brief, RB PMO office was designed and developed primarily to initiate, develop, deliver and operate the bank projects and programs. Such projects or programs improve performance, reduce costs and support the decision making process. Moreover, PMO manage, monitor and control projects execution, progress, risks and performance through an efficient and effective dashboard and reporting system.
